I thought a social chess website no one will care about the stats but in slow time control you still have sore losers using a chess software to play there games and the website dont really care best its to play on icc or chess.com

Ive had fun playing this with friends, and I think its cool to play people from all over the world.

You dont have to go to the chess club and you can find easily an opponent of similar strength to play with.

Clean interface, amazing community and superb chess play. Only reason I deducted a point is that there is no (in game) analyzer option after the chess match for study. Totally worth the 11 dollar yearly asking price. I hope the creators here this and make this a true gem. Still a classic. Great job! -Hoedh

I can play with friends that are hundreds of miles away.

This is the most incredible chess application! It is a correspondence players dream come true. 100 simultaneous games at a time with long enough time controls to ensure you have plenty of time to examine the game before making a move. Perfect for practicing new openings! Adding time control chess was brilliant too!!

Cannot watch fast game moves...? Timer counts down but no action. Otherwise great app!

For me the best app to play chess with players around the world

Thanks to this game app I am learning chess. Being able to see your moves ahead is helpful in planning your strategies. I like that I can make my move at my leisure. My favorite game app by far. Great job Social Chess!

This app used to be fun, but is now plagued with the following issues: - GUI is too small and as a result I have to tap as many as 4 times on a piece to see a response. - response is EXTREMELY sluggish: almost a second after a move has been completed! - to make matters worse lag is now hidden: time jumps from minutes to seconds, after waiting the same amount of time for the opponents move! On a small device like mine and when playing fast time controls, this version is useless and I will be looking for alternatives.

I never saw the chess app ( i play chess for years) with so many lags lol. Remove it from the store, Apple, dont make joke from your customers.
